ASUCplus is an independent trade association formed by a number of leading contractors to promote professional and technical competence within the subsidence industry.  Members offer a comprehensive range of subsidence repair techniques and engineered foundation solutions.

Any contractor wishing to join ASUC must first undergo a technical, health and safety and financial audit which are undertaken by individual third parties.

ASUCplus members offer a 12 year defects insurance guarantee on all the works carried out under contract.

Publications, including ASUC's Guidelines on Safe and Efficient Underpinning and Mini Piling Operations, are available to download free from the publications page.
